Bill is the Dean of Business, Information, and Engineering Technologies at CollinCollege. He is responsible for the instructional credit programs in Engineering, Computer Science,
Computer Information Systems, Networking, Convergence, Computer Aided Design, and Electronics, as well as other Business and industry related programs.
Educational BackgroundHe holds a Master of Science degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy. In addition, he has chaired the Collin College Curriculum Advisory Board and serves on the Executive Committee of the High Technology Education Coalition of Collin County.
Work Experience
Bill is a retired Colonel and has served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force. He has held positions in operations, as well as staff positions in planning, programming, budgeting and strategic defense policy planning. He has spent the past 17 years in higher education as a professor, department chair and most recently an academic dean.
